Barry - Saturdays
We train in Barry most Saturdays 10:30-1:30. See calendar.
Take junction 33 off the M4. Follow the signs for Barry and the Airport. Once in Barry continue until the first roundabout - take the 1st exit. After 100 meters turn right into a car park (Hammer Strength Gym). Continue on road alongside the gym to the sports ground at rear you will see a modern brick sports hall. You're here!
